The ‘Ashton House Way’ is what sets us apart from other schools. It is the embodiment of the moral code that drives our ethos – ‘The Three Rs’: Respect for yourself, Respect for those around you, Respect for your environment.

The ‘Ashton House Way’ develops resilience, empowering pupils to embrace change, to have a clear sense of right and wrong, to be brave enough to make mistakes and to have confidence to aim for personal success whilst supporting those around us. All pupils, staff and Senior Leadership work together to follow and uphold the code and it makes Ashton House School a great place to be.

We often refer to the Ashton House Way in assemblies, in staff briefings and when talking to the children about the way we conduct ourselves around others in our school community.
