We are excited at the prospect of soon being reunited with the whole Ashton House community.

We are opening our classrooms up again to all pupils from Thursday 3rd September 2020.

We have been working hard over the summer to put plans in place to keep our pupils and staff safe at school. School life won’t be the same as it used to be, but we are committed to maintaining the caring, curious and confident vibe we are known for!

Our aim at Ashton House School is to create a warm, caring and dynamic environment where each and every child can reach their full potential. As a small, one-form entry school we know each pupil as an individual in their own right, we are able to develop existing talents and encourage experimentation and discovery within a nurturing environment.

At Ashton House, we are committed to providing a warm, positive educational environment, where pupils are known and valued on individual merit. Our values of kindness, courage, commitment, and respect are at the heart of everything we do. They help us foster a strong sense community and ensure that our boys and girls leave kind-hearted, happy and well prepared for the future.

“It is so nice to be part of a school community like this. We all know each child individually and it is a joy to see children blossoming year on year and to know that I have made a difference.”

The journey to becoming a strong, independent-thinker starts with curiosity. We believe that school should not be limited by the four walls of the classroom but enriched by a broad selection of extra-curricular activities, excursions and community engagement opportunities that spark lifelong passion and a burning sense of intellectual curiosity.

Our curriculum is designed to constantly stretch and challenge the minds of our pupils, providing an educational foundation that will serve them for years to come. We place an emphasis on building in each of our pupils a strong sense of self-belief and understanding so that they leave our doors with the confidence to forge new relationships, face new challenges and well prepared for whatever their future may hold.

“I love AHS because it makes me feel at home. I have amazing friends and the best teachers I could possibly ask for!”
