On Monday 11th November, The London Borough of Hounslow marked Remembrance Sunday with services and the laying of wreaths, arranged by the Royal British Legion branches and other community groups.
A few members of our school council read lines during this service and joined the community in singing the National Anthem. They did a great job and we are very proud of them.

After learning about the different types of teeth we have, Year 4 conducted an experiment to see what would happen if we didn’t brush our teeth twice a day.
They covered each egg with a different liquid. Then, they left the eggs in the different liquids for five days and kept an eye on the changes that were happening. After the fifth day, they took the eggs out to compare them.
They were shocked at the effect diet coke and vinegar had on the egg shells and understood the importance of brushing and flossing their teeth daily.
