What the Inspectors said: ISI Report March 2016 Highlights

  • The school successfully enables children to achieve good levels of learning in their studies and activities. This is strengthened by their positive attitudes to learning and access to an excellent enriched curriculum.
  • Pupils’ personal development is excellent. The strong systems in place to develop pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural awareness are highly effective.
  • Pupils at every level make the expected levels of progress year on year and many exceed it.
  • Pupils’ attitudes to their work are excellent. They are eager to learn. They become increasingly independent learners, understanding how to organise their work and persevere with new challenges.
  • The contribution of the curricular and extra curricular provision is excellent.
  • In the EYFS the close knit, highly professional and experienced team have realistically high expectations which motivate the children to do their best.
  • Pupils have excellent communication skills and are friendly, courteous and well mannered.
